Lease of serviced office space includes all the following:

• Electricity: Electricity bill payments to the Electricity Authority of Cyprus.
• Telephone line/ Telecommunications: i) Setting up an exclusive telephone line on the name of the Licensee, ii) registering the Licensee with local telephone providers and iii) provision of exclusive email address.
• Heat/ Air-condition: The Licensor's Premises will offer central air conditioning and heating.
• Cleaning: Cleaning services on a weekly basis, including garbage collection.
• Internet: Provision of internet and Wi/Fi.
• Devices: During the License Period, there shall be available to the Licensee electrical devices such, copy machine, fax, server, scanner, etc.
• Use of furnished conference room: The conference rooms will be available to the Licensee upon reservation. Reservation must be made at least one day prior to the scheduled meeting by sending to the receptionist reservation request.
• Receptionist: Calls answering on the name of the Licensee during business hours 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, call diversions, forwarding of messages, scheduling of meetings.
• Mail and Package Receipt: i) Forwarding of any messages received, ii) mail forwarding and iii) correspondence forwarding.
• Office Space Supplies: Consumables and equipment regularly used in offices such as computers, office furniture, writing utensils and corrections, etc.
